If you send your system into Tracker for repair, you may be eligible for a loaner Tracker system. Loaner units are given based on need and availability. The following criteria are used to evaluate Loaner Program eligibility:
  1. Priority will be given to those that use Tracker equipment as part of their professional careers. 
  2. You are a Customer in Good Standing and have maintained this status throughout your service history with Tracker Radio Brand
  3. Your product is in need of extensive, time consuming repair. Most repairs can be returned to you in just a few days and should cause little interference in your routine.
  4. Priority is given to those who have purchased the full Tracker warranty, including the Automatic Loan offer
  5.  Your repair is expected to take longer than 15 days
If you feel you meet these criteria, please fill out our  Equipment Loaner Agreement. We must have this document on file to send you a loaner unit. After you have completed this form, please return via:

Please note that meeting the above criteria does not guarantee you a loaner unit. Availability of loaner units are limited. We apologize if you are unable to receive a unit, but we make every effort to have your repairs returned to you in a timely manner.
