GPS Dog Tracking
After years of success in Europe, Tracker's
Dog GPS system is coming to North America!
Tracker Radio’s GPS based dog tracking system is the most advanced GPS system in the world offering unlimited range in cellular GSM coverage.
Best suited for those who
• Hunt in areas with GSM cell coverage (AT&T/Cingular or T-Mobile)
• Are comfortable using “Smart” phones
TTA-310 GPS Collar
Unlike some devices that require a harness or counterweight, the Tracker GPS is worn like a traditional dog tracking device; on a collar, under the dog’s chin. For treeing dogs, Tracker’s GPS collar are available with a real tree switch, motion sensor or bark indicator. The TTA-310 transmitter is a small GPS and GSM cell phone, made watertight for a dog and can report the dog’s current location as well as its path traveled.
The TTA-310 can be configured remotely. Battery life, ranges from 24 to 48 hours depending on configuration (GPS mode, reporting frequency, etc). Note: The transmitter does require an inexpensive GSM cellular data plan.
MyWay Tracking Software
The software offers off-road/wilderness, street and nautical maps worldwide. Maps are downloaded wirelessly and additional maps can be purchased through Tracker Radio.
My Way software can track up to 30 devices simultaneously, giving each “target” a unique symbol to display on the screen.
In MyWay you are able to set boundaries, called a GeoFence. If your dog goes outside of the set area you are notified with an alarm.
Track Using Your Cell Phone
Cell phones are quickly becoming the all in one choice device for multiple applications. Tracker has developed software to run on smart phones that can combine so your cell phone can provide driving directions, topographical maps or open terrain and nautical maps.
