Classic Receiver

Tracker’s Classic Receiver joins the innovative technology
of Tracker and an affordable price. With the core features
needed to locate and track one or two transmitters, the
Classic features simplified usage and great reception.

  • Signal direction indicated by a series of lights and audible “beeps” from the on-board speaker
  • 11 LED lights that indicate the direction of best signal strength
  • Attenuator simplifies tracking when the transmitter is near
  • Frequency Fine Adjustment compensates for drift allowing the receiver to be accurately tuned to the transmitter Tracker Classic Receiver
  • Pocket-sized receiver weighs less than one pound
  • Milled from a solid aluminum bar, and antenna elements are virtually unbreakable.

Range
The Classic receiver is rated at 12 miles line of sight; 4-7 miles in rolling hills and 2.5 - 4 miles in mountainous areas. However there are numerous factors that can effect this range, such as: transmitter strength; ground cover; moisture and receiver antenna being used.

Pricing
Classic systems available as either one or two dog units begin at $499.  For more information please contact our customer service representatives at sales@trackerradio.com or 1-800-900-2113.

Collar Drift with the Tracker Classic Receiver
Due to the nature of radio frequency transmitters, every collar (even those that are labeled with the same exact frequency) has its own unique seven digit frequency and tone.  When Tracker builds a Classic set, the receiver is programmed to the specific Tracker collar/s that it is purchased with for best accuracy and range.

If your Classic receiver has been paired with non-Tracker collars, your receiver has not been tuned to your collars.  This may cause you to experience poor range, reduced signal quality, or your receiver may simply not work at all.  If you are encountering any or all of these possible issues please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the unit.

If your dealer determines that this is the problem with your tracking system, Tracker may be able to tune your receiver to your collars.  Pairing Tracker’s Classic with non-Tracker collars does not fall under the manufacturer’s defect warranty and the service will not be covered under your service warranty.
