Tracker Warranty and
Repair Policy
TRACKER RADIO SYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNLESS ENDORSED HEREIN IN WRITING.
Tracker Radio Systems warrants to the original purchaser that the Tracker Radio Systems device is in good working order, is free from defective material and workmanship, and conforms to published specifications for a period of ONE YEAR (12 Months) from the date of shipment (some products carry longer warranty periods). All claims must be filed within 30 days of the end of the warranty period. If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, Tracker Radio Systems will repair or replace it at its option, provided the product is returned freight prepaid to Tracker Radio Systems and the product has not been abused, misused, altered, or repaired without Tracker Radio Systems' authorization. Risk of loss remains with Buyer until receipt of the product by Tracker Radio Systems. This warranty also does not cover damages including, but not limited to, accident, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of God, or damage that occurs in shipping.
In the event an item furnished by Tracker Radio Systems becomes or in our opinion may become the subject of any claim, suit or proceeding for infringement of any United States patent, we may, at our option and expense: (i) obtain for Buyer the right to use, lease or sell the item; (ii) replace the item; (iii) modify the item; or (iv) remove the item and refund the purchase price paid by Buyer less a reasonable amount for use damage or obsolescence.
Products supplied by Tracker Radio Systems but manufactured by others are warranted only to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty and only the manufacturer of that item shall be liable for performance under such warranty. Tracker Radio Systems warranties that all products will meet the stated specifications for the warranty period. Tracker Radio Systems provides no additional product performance warranty based on the skill of the operator or other limitation based on area of use, other equipment employed etc. Tracker Radio Systems liability is limited to the cost of the equipment purchased and is not responsible for animals that are lost or injured while being tracked in the field due to any cause.
RETURN POLICY
Tracker Radio Systems will accept the return of any system within 30 days of sale provided all products are in normal working condition and do not show evidence of unreasonable wear, tampering or abuse. An invoice showing the date purchased must accompany all requests for credit. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
